Working Process

Position Heads
Step 1: Mechanical bottle unscrabler
hand put bottles in the turn table chuck
Filling Heads
Step 2: Filling when the bottle move to
the positions and the filling speed is 40-60 bpm.

Step 3: Upload caps with cap loader.
Using swing lifting Cam

Step 4: Position the cap, and screw with the
screw cap.

Vibrating Plates

Vibrating plate one is for the inner cap load.
It only loads caps when there’s bottle
reaches to the position.

In order to increase filling speed ,add a pressure tank to push filling (optional)

502 glue filling by gravity(Normally). In order to
increase the filling speed. We can add a pressure
tank, Use press tank connect pipe with filling
nozzle,
So increase the filling speed

Especially add the Swing lifting cam

Especially add the swing and lifting cam and guide sleeve to control the machinery

Arm to catch up the cap ,so when the catch cap machinery arm , it will be more stable

And the uploading cap accuracy also will be more higer

Capping error won’t beyond 1% And capping position more accuracy , won’t break the cap
