This machine can be used for the broom / mop etc hangdle assmebling which can be integrated with broom handles sticker labeler to form
the automated line.

Workflow

1. Metal tube are placed in the loading storage
2. The transfer mechanism moves the metal tube to the assemble station
3. The locking tightening mechanism feeds and locks the plastic screws/handle on.
4. Final product discharges.

Station description 1

The Lifting cylinder takes one piece of metal tube and places it on the ready to pickup position, waiting the transfer mechanism to take it to next station for assembly

Station description 2

The plastic handle/screws are loaded from the vibrating plate, and the robot takes one of the plastic parts and pre-assembles it to one end of the round tube (the other end is assembled at the same time). Both ends of the metal tube is equipped with a correction mechanism to facilitate the assembly of plastic parts.


Station description 3

Mechanism introduction: After the plastic handle/screws are pre-assembled, the tightening mechanism grasps the plastic parts and performs rotation and tightening.

Station description 4

The metal tube is transported under the use of the transfer mechanism, and it completes pick and place process through the movements of lateral movement and lifting, then transported to next station in sequence.

Installation: after the machine arrive your factory,if you need,our technician will go to your place to install and test the machine and also training your worker to operating the machine (The time of train depend on you worker). The expenses (air ticket ,food , hotel,the travelling fee on your country) should be on your account and you need paid for the technician USD50 per day. also you can go to our factory to do training.

After service: If you get the problem on the machine ,our technician will go to your place to fixed the machine as soon as possible. The cost should be in your account.(as above).
