Saudi Arabian customer ordered semi-automatic perfume filling line and packaging materials línea de embotellado de perfumes

In Last April, our Saudi Arabian customer Ibrahim equired for a semi autoamtic perfume filling line for his cosmetic industry project in Ethiopia.

Below is his enquiry email:

The line includes:

perfume mixer,semi automatic two cavity PET bottle blowing machine,

semi-automatic air rinsing machine for glass bottles,

semi automatic 4 head vacuum perfume filling machine for glass bottles,

semi automatic perfume crimping machine for glass bottles

semi automatic perfume collaring machine for glass bottles,

semi automatic tabletop screw capping machine for PET bottles,

semi-automatic ultrasonic tube sealing machine for plastic tubes,

handheld induction sealing machine for jars,

semi automatic heat shrink tunnel for PET bottle and jar PVC shrinking,

semi automatic perfume box overwrapping machine,

semi automatic round bottle labeling machine for PET bottle for transparent labels,

semi automatic rolling labeling machine for purple jar bottom and top labeling,

1000L air storage tank,air filter and dryer and 10HP air compress with

380V 50Hz power supply for the whole line.

We were also asked to source the packaging materials for him, the BOPP film, the PVC shrink film, the aluminum foil and the carton holders for shrinking.

In Last June, he finally confirmed the order and paid us the 30% prepayment as per the proforma invoice as below:

After the prepaymet is received,we asked for sample bottles,jars and tubes for the production.

Below are the samples we received from customer:

We immediately started the production and finished all material within 25 working days.

After customer's approval of the test run videos, he arranged the 70% balance payment to proceed shipping.

The below is the wire transfer copy of payment.

After balance payment is received,we proceed the packaging of the machines and BOPP film, carton holder ,PVC film and aluminum foils as below:

After packaging we booked with the Ethipian shipping line to load and ship the goods in the 40GP container:

Below the original bill of lading, invoice, packing list and CO are the customs documents we sent to cusotmer by DHL for they to clear customs in Modio port, Ethiopia:

This concludes this semi automatic perfume line order with our Saudi Arabian customer and we will follow up with the later installation of the line.
