The semi-automatic hot melt glue carton sealing machine utilizes an adjustable clamping mechanism and dual hot melt glue systems to achieve efficient packaging. Its core operating principles are as follows:

Workflow

►Carton Conveying and Forming: The machine conveys the carton to the work area via a chain drive, while a folding mechanism folds the carton into a stable structure.

►Product Loading: The product is placed into the designated position in the carton using vacuum suction or mechanical gripping.

►Hot Melt Glue Spraying: The dual hot melt glue systems evenly apply glue to the carton's side and bottom tabs, securing the glue in place with an adjustable clamping mechanism.

►Forming and Curing: The press rollers fold the carton into shape, and an electric heating wire and fan accelerate the curing of the glue to ensure a stable seal.
