Serbian Customer Ordered automatic horizontal bottom feed flow wrapping machine for window handle packaging
On September 18,2015, One Serbian customer Ivana enquired about our YX-250B automatic horizontal flow wrapping machine for her window handle packing in below the email:
Below is the answer to the PE or PVC film question：
Then we discussed the details of this project and got confirm of the order on October 22,2015 and sent PI with our bank details for proceeding the 30% prepayment.
Ms. Ivana paied quite quickly the prepayment and sent us below the samples for customizing and testing run the horizontal flow wrapping machine:
After around 20 working days we sent the test run video ,machine, and packed product photos for approval of the readied machine ,as in below the youtube video:
After viewing the video,customer was overall very satisfied but came up with some advices to better suit her needs.
She asked about adding START AND STOP buttons at both side of conveyor and elevate the collecting tray to a higher position.

We took customer's advice and camp up with below the solution:
Customer agreed on this modification solution and we immediately started the modification which took around 1 week.

Customer approved the modified machine and arranged the balance payment for us to proceed wooden crating and shipping of machine.
It took 2 days for customers to look for her forwarder for the ocean shipping and we finished below the wooden crating of the machine in 4 packages and deliver to the local FOB warehouse before our Chinese New Year Holiday:
Below are the customs documents the invoice, packing list and bill of lading we sent for cutomers for clearing import customs.

Installation: after the machine arrive your factory,if you need,our technician will go to your place to install and test the machine and also training your worker to operating the machine (The time of train depend on you worker). The expenses (air ticket ,food , hotel, the travelling fee on your country) should be on your account and you need paid for the technician USD50 per day. also you can go to our factory to do training.
After service: If you get the problem on the machine ,our technician will go to your place to fixed the machine as soon as possible. The cost should be in your account.(as above).
